Blu Home Price Includes
Factory precision built Blu house. Comes complete both inside and out. Will be delivered code and zoning compliant. All onsite work to finish and assemble the house modules is also included.
Project Design Services
Design hours for your Blu house, are included. These include the architect design of your personalized home and finishes. Includes base level design services for home, specific customizations or project requirements may affect design services pricing.
Materials & Finishes
All of Blu’s standard luxury materials and finishes are included. We use high quality low VOC materials whenever possible. Also, be assured that we take great pride in our factory process that allows us to have less waste and more precision control over the entire building process.
Delivery & Setting
Your completed Blu home is professionally delivered to your site. We then use a crane to set the home modules into place in one day.
Appliances & Fixtures
Our homes come standard with a stainless steel appliance package that includes a counter depth refrigerator, built-in dishwasher, 36” five burner gas cooktop, electric convection wall oven, and microwave.
HVAC & Electrical
All basic HVAC systems, controls and house electrical work is included. We use only high quality LED lights.
Our homes use low VOC white paint in our base price. We include interior painting and exterior painting along with staining of trim and accents, which is completed after the house is set.
Site Work Price Includes
All decks shown in our standard floor plans are included. We can easily provide larger custom decks at extra cost.
We provide a perimeter concrete foundation with 36” crawlsapce. This allows for easy access to systems.
Onsite Finish Work
We use only skilled professionals to make mechanical, electrical, and plumbing connections within the home. Additionally, we finish any non-factory completed drywall, exterior siding or other installation work on your Blu home modules.
Driveway & Utilities
We provide up to 75’ of asphalt driveway and utility run distances. Please note that utility hookup fees are an extra cost charged by your local utility company.
We provide a Blu trained site supervisor that oversees schedule, safety management, and quality assurance during the onsite portion of the process.
