Breezehouse

When the Steve and Jo Cooper set out to build a second home, they knew they wanted the process to be quick and simple, without sacrificing good design. Blu Homes – and the Breezehouse in particular – fit the bill. The Coopers love the open design of the Breezehouse because it lets in a lot of light and helps air flow throughout the house, making the most of their beautiful spot in the hills of wine country. They also appreciated that the home was well-priced and that building Blu meant fewer headaches compared to conventional construction.

“For us, the decision was not just because we liked Blu’s design, but because we could move forward very rapidly. We purchased our land in July 2011, and the house arrived six months later. A couple months after that, we were showing it off to Dwell Magazine.”
