Engineering

Now that the contract is in place, we are ready to begin engineering your Blu home.

During the engineering stage, Blu will take care of:

  1. Engineering your home for snow loads, wind zone, etc. Note: Some areas may need special engineering for fire, earthquake, hurricane and flood zones.
  2. Approval by state agency.
  3. Production drawings for the factory building, including electrical, plumbing and HVAC plans.
  4. Generating final permit plans for the client and site contractor to take to the permit office for approval.
