- Limited on-site construction time – Blu Homes builds each home within the controlled conditions of our factory. That means we are on-site for only one to two weeks to set and finish your home.

- Controlled construction costs – Because our team is building each home within our factory, we are not at the mercy of unpredictable weather conditions or unreliable contractors.
