We site each home to maximize its solar orientation. We custom-engineer our steel frames to accommodate high wind zones, earthquake zones, high altitude areas with extreme snowfall and areas with difficult soils, etc. Then, our factory-building method allows us to control the construction time and costs much more efficiently than a site built home. Lastly, we manage the shipment, set and finish of each home. This controlled schedule and simplified process offers an attractive, more efficient alternative to traditional homebuilding.
