We have pioneered a new consumer use of 3-D technology, allowing homeowners to view, select and finalize finishes, then preview their home before we build it. Our experience building in challenging locations throughout North America means that we know how to custom-engineer our steel frames to accommodate high wind zones, earthquake zones, high altitude areas with extreme snowfall and areas with difficult soils, etc. Our factory-building method then allows us to control the construction time and costs much more efficiently than a site-built home. Lastly, we manage the shipment, set and finish of each home.
