These prices include all of our design work to have the home fit your site, the home itself with lots of green options, shipping, excavation and foundation (with a simple foundation), "setting" the house, finish work, and cleanup. They do not include land, exterior decking (we do include the small porches leading up to doorways) or permit costs, however. Pricing is estimated — exact pricing will depend on your location and home options.
