The Blu | Element® is designed to be extraordinarily eco-friendly, efficient, and convenient. Using Blu’s Smart Design concept, the Element is “designed big” rather than “built big,” meaning that it has been thoughtfully designed to feel more spacious and to allow for a smaller overall footprint with the same functionality and comfort level. Some of the key Element features include up to 12’ high ceilings, a multi-function living area, and abundant windows, including beautiful transoms and sliding glass doors that wash the interior with natural light.
The Element comes in two lengths and a multitude of floor plans ranging from one to three bedrooms and up to 1-1/2 bathrooms. Because of its compact single-story layout, the Element is uniquely suited for people of all abilities and fully accessible fittings and fixtures can be installed as needed.
