Blu has also engineered the butterfly roof to withstand significant snow and wind loads, making the Breezehouse a suitable home for almost anywhere in North America.
One of the most exciting aspects of the Breezehouse is its flexibility – your preferences and lifestyle ultimately drive the design. The Breezehouse features three distinct floor plans—from a four-bedroom plan and optional pod additions, to an elegant master suite option with a luxurious walk-through closet and private sitting area. All of our floor plans can be designed with an integrated staircase to a lower level, and modules can be flipped or mirrored to orient the house to best suit your site and views. The Breezehouse is also designed to be accessible for people of all abilities.
