Building a new home is an exciting endeavor and we’ve used our extensive experience to assist you in budgeting for your future project. We are here to help you along on every step of this great adventure you’re about to take and to make sure we’re building a home that’s just right for you. The estimates provided below are basic pricing guidelines to help you put together a conceptual budget for your Blu home. There may be additional costs (government regulated or otherwise) that we have not captured here based on the requirements of the region in which you are building and the characteristics of your site or project.

Blu Homes’ process is to provide fixed prices for its home products and fixed prices on site work for clients that choose to use BluServ Plus services. This differs greatly from traditional builders that often do not provide transparent or “full” costs, until clients are deeply into the process.
