General Tips

Patience is a virtue. On some computers, especially those with slower internet connections, the interface can take a few minutes to load.
If you’re using a laptop, plugging it in instead of running on battery power will often improve performance.
Close as many other programs and browser tabs as you can so the computer has more memory available.
Be sure you are using the latest and greatest version of your browser and operating system.
If certain features don’t work, try using a different web browser.

If you are having trouble installing the 3D plug-in, try going to the official site.

After choosing download Unity, click Run.
Follow steps in installation wizard, configurator will start automatically upon completion.

After choosing download Unity, click Save.
When download finishes, open UnityWebPlayer.exe in your downloads.
Choose Run.
Follow steps in installation wizard, configurator will start automatically upon completion.

After choosing download Unity, open UnityWebPlayer.exe at the bottom of the window.
Choose Run.
Follow steps in installation wizard, configurator will start automatically upon completion.

After choosing download Unity, webplayer-universal.dmg will automatically download.
Follow steps in installation wizard, configurator will start automatically upon completion.

After choosing download Unity, click Save
After it finishes downloading, open webplayer-universal.dmg in your downloads window
Open Install Unity Player.pkg in new window
Follow steps in installation wizard, configurator will start automatically upon completion.

After choosing download Unity, click keep on bottom of window
Open webplayer-universal.dmg at the bottom of the window
Open Install Unity Player.pkg in new window
Follow steps in installation wizard, configurator will start automatically upon completion.
