Many people find it hard to visualize the home building process. They know it takes land and money, but don’t know what happens next. In an effort to make this process as understandable and transparent as possible, we have created a step-by-step outline of the home building process, of what happens and when, and the parts that Blu is responsible for and those that the homebuyer and general contract are responsible for.
