Ryan Dings | VP and Senior Counsel
Experience
Ryan Dings serves as Blu’s vice president and senior counsel, managing all legal and regulatory issues for the company. With a background in both law and design, Ryan initially joined Blu as its Director of Business Development and helped the company refine its business strategy for delivering inspiring green homes. Prior to joining Blu, Ryan practiced commercial real estate and construction law in Charlotte, North Carolina. Ryan focused his legal practice on working with developers, builders, and contractors involved in residential real estate development.
Education
Ryan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and American History from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and his Master in Design Studies (with a concentration in real estate) from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. Ryan is licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
